I mean this "like" thing is just oinky - it's almost completely indicative of today's society you press like and move on,. Can you imagine carrying a real life " like" button around with you in everyday life - coolio eh?

Tesco's, you see a crate of Stella for £5, in the basket it goes and you press the like button leaving a little complimentary smile for the shelf filler to convey back to the manager. At Trent Bridge Ashton Agar gets a ton in his second innings to win the first test and 20000 people clap and press the like button or the queen comes out onto the balcony and fifty thousand like buttons get pressed simultaneously On the Mall.

When I do get a like it does make me smile but I don't care about "likes" I could post all day without one it matters not one jot - a smile is nice but a like is nothing - I like to like, you know press the like on someones post, but i don't care if people give me a like or not - really!

Now karma, that was different karma is real - karma gets you man.

Please do not" like " this post.

Karma is real - but it got a bit out of hand, becoming a prize for guessing games and suchlike. 'Like' is a much more immediate response and carries over from FB. I do think it's a bit odd when someone posts a bad news story and people like it o_O

Well if we had a dislike button too that would make it fun and i would really " like" that

  4. "like" does indeed seem a little odd when applied to bad news but then "karma" makes me think of safron robed tin rattlers which then has the opposite effect. "dislike" hmm has the potential to cause a few upsets.

As soon as you start looking for likes or karma you don't deserve them
