We were going to have KFC on Saturday, they were closed so we went to the chip shop opposite.

As an alternative to KFC I find the Waitrose southern fried chicken pretty good.

 

Both equally unhealthy, but the fish at that particular chippy is always cooked to order.

 

Their Tart au Citron is awful though Wilf
And bears little resemblance to a proper French one

 

Fish and chips from your local chippy is good simple food. Support them.

 

I've never tried the tart from Waitrose.

I expect DHL expected to be handling container loads of chicken fragments inbound from wherever in the world, and pouring it into trucks in Rugby.
Then KFC promised to use ethically sourced chicken for which I expect the supply chain is more localised and less industrial, and DHL was then doubly in the wrong place to gather as well as distribute the chicken..
