Probably not. But if they are good quality then all is good!

  5. I completely agree. However if it is true that they are all made in a different country than that specified then I dont much care for the misrepresentation. IF it is true, they should just be straight with us.

Definitely. I'd prefer British made personally. But if it's the best quality then I'd prefer that personally.

Most of their British made stuff is made in the unit next door to them.
    Fairly British I'd say.

  9. can you buy gift vouchers from jk?

Might be a ideal chrimbo present for mrs lef...

  10. In their defense the replacement arches and doors I got fitted perfectly with a good discount and are really good quality

  11. I can sell you one!

  12. Slight change of subject but has anyone tried their starter motors ...? Can't remember who recons them but I read they were supposed to be good

  13. Just an update but following further discussions with Roger at JK he advised me that my information was incorrect and that although there was no requirement for JK to honour the voucher (which I believe now to be the case) he would allow me to use this. Which I have now done. And - NO, I didn't buy a voucher. So thanks in the end but this thread wouldn't have existed if they had done that in the first place. Nonetheless thanks to Roger and JK I have now used the thing which was received as a present to buy some stuff for the bus!

The moral of this thread is don't buy gift vouchers. My wife lost out on about £50 because she couldn't use the vouchers whilst pregnant - couple of years ago!

  19. You could spend it towards JK insurance, because if you find it cheaper anywhere else you get a £20 voucher.., quids in!;);)
