Yeah mines a 75 but they dont bother anyhow, so i can run as high a hydrocarbon content as i want! Not enviroment friendly but power friendly
I have the angel eyes T2 headlamps on my bay and have passed 4 MOT's with them fitted. Can't find an e mark on them, think I got them from t2 customs and they were selling them for a mk 1 golf which is the same fitment as a late bay.
Morning All, Having read your subsequent replies, I'm sure many people could have got their vehicles through an MOT with the lights fitted no problem, but we wouldn't have wanted anyone to be caught out. If we do get any replacement units in then we'll make it clearer on any related adverts or web pages that they're 'for off road use only' as many Empi custom products say! Right, even though I cancelled my order with JK, they turned up anyway. I couldn't be arsed to return them so thought I'd see what they look like. They look bloody brilliant! I'll put a photo on when it gets dark!
I cancelled the order before they dispatched them but obviously the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing! The blue matches my bus lovely!
Cheers all. Considering I cancelled the order I'm well pleased with them! Just have to see what happens at MOT time or swap them back.
The only thing you might have problems with is if the MOT tester thinks they are too blue. You'll get a fail if that is the case.
They're fairly blue when on side light only but un-noticeable when on headlights. I'll give him a bell before I take it in and see what he says.
The headlights are so much brighter than my old ones. I hadn't noticed how cloudy the lenses were on my old units.

You must be pleased especially after struggling for so long to get the headlamp rim off - If you need any help with any other easy very complicated tasks, such as, 'how do I open the cab door' or 'what is the big round thing sticking out of the dashboard', you know you can get help from the TLB crew. ;D ;D ;D ;D Matt
