My passport says "British". I'm not interested in any arbitrary regional distinctions that you may use because it serves your purpose to try and distinguish the examples I have given from my country of origin. Last time I checked, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England were all still part of Britain. Chris Froome's British nationality is based upon who his parents are. A quick google search reveals that the same rules apply to anyone born of Australian parents but in a foreign country too.
All true, my passport says British, but the word Pommie is only ever used to describe An English person never anyone from the better parts of the UK
