Surley this just makes it easier for someone to steal one of your vans then transfer this vehicle id on to it ??

I've never reported anything on ebay before so just had a go - can you only select from a load of drop-down lists or is there a place when you can actually type in why you're reporting it?

To be fair to the seller from reading the description, I don't think they realise what they're doing is wrong. But it is, so reported anyway.

 

The advert's no longer live - I guess they got the message!

I seen a late bay on a 72 plate the other day the bus was clearly a 74> as it had a open filler neck just makes you wonder how many have already been done??

 

You can stick and older reg (after doing all the paperwork) on any vehicle, you just can't make it seem newer.

So a 72 reg on 74 bay is fine but you couldn't put a 78 reg on a 74.

I'd love to agree @oscar that they don't know what they are doing - but if you look in their feedback they seem to break cars (in amongst the gash stuff) so absolutely know what they are doing.
