Yeah fine by me, bit of a result if its a premier inn because you get you money back if you don't get a good nights kip!!
As an expert at staying in hotels all over the world....... I would suggest the following...... 1 - get a pair of high heels or any shoes if high heels not available and bang said shoes against the wall as loud as you can. 2 - Set your alarm for an early wake up then put your TV on full blast and leave the room. That will teach them..... 3 - if all else fails order them a very early breakfast from that card they leave in the room stating on the option menu that they will have to knock extra hard as they are deep sleepers...... Plus a wake up call...... Ps please let me go to heaven!!!!!
I once had that with a hotel room. I went down to Cardiff on university business and stayed in the Village Hotel just on the M4, so it was just me on my own. Watching telly and waiting for my room service meal, I could clearly hear from the next room a rhythmic "slap-slap-slap-slap" accompanied by "uh-uh-ooh-uh-ah-uh......" Ewww. Had to turn the telly up otherwise it'd have put me off my burger.
My overnight bag always includes ear plugs - I think yours should too. Both in hotels and camping you cannot guarantee quiet neighbours. Alternatively - if you can't beat them - join them
last time we stayed at a hotel in London ( just before christmas) we had a stray child returned to our hotel room at 3am in the morning..........it was NOT ours , child that is = refund. I hope you got sweet revenge !
I stayed in a hotel in Croydon...and the next morning I found 2 syringes next to the TV.....yak...ant the Hotel Management didn't bat en eyelid when I complained!!
I'm in a top Casablanca hotel at the moment which unfortunately means I'm surrounded by Americans. I got 2 calls for Room Service at about 6 this morning who got the hump when I told them to *****! Both yanks. Incapable of dialing "1" and not "1111".
