Ipad 3 announcement in less than hour

Damn apple store and apple store app are over burdened :-(

 

Usb for storage sticks, printers, connecting the camera to etc
Yes i know apple want us to store on-line but not every where has connection or the speed.

I sold mine as i was not using it


If camping in the winter i often take the laptop and some films on a stick to watch or sort out some pictures and if i need the net the iphone does that

 

Still no usb port :

But the camera plugin sorts that out anyway on all ipads

I've just got an iphone 4s on 3 with true unlimited internet and they allow tethering so i dont need 3g/4g

 

It doesn't have a USB port because that is associated with tethering. These are not tethered devices, you store your stuff on icloud or use itunes. You can get a usb adaptor thoug if you really need one.

It's not a replacement for a laptop, so anybody wanting to do full PC type things or do all of their work on one shouldn't get one as its not that. iPad is a great device though and the new evolution seems to be great, considering there will be no price difference, so it's a proper evolution, not a product replacement. I bought my daughter one and it's a fantastic device, so I'll get the next one whent comes out.

 

I am a Apple fan but do try it hard to get my head round the ipad yes its nice to play with but it seams an expensive way to play angry birds.

 

Especially as you can play it online for free

 

To be honest I think the screen on the iPad 2 is good ....my eyes aren't what they should be so I'm probably not appreciating that enough let alone the iPad 3 lol!!

I've said it before it doesn't matter how good the screen if your eyes are creme crackered it doesn't make a lot of difference.

 

I am going to wait until they relaunch the original as iPad classic then mine will be in fashion again
