Well there would be no artificial dumbing down of the gene pool through "elf and safety"..... if you need a sign telling you your coffee is hot or that you ought not stand on the railway tracks then you ought not be passing on those genes to the fledgling civilisation.....

The complete opposite of the current set up that rewards terminal dullness with more benefits that encourages them to procreate.
