    Right. I will try again, with a little guidance.

    You now have a whole world to explore. You can live anywhere you like. You can make the rules up as you go along and you can now decide what worldwide policies the new word should be run under. You may have access to lots of modes of transport and machinery. You have a thousand people to help you repopulate the globe and it's your decision how to do these things and what type of world you want. Now all you have to do is make a plan.

    Mankind managed to populate the world with 6 billion people without much of a plan. It'll work itself out - unless @Barry Haynes is in charge, in which case we'll all be running round in blue shorts / shirts trying to kick an inflated sphere into a net and won't get anything useful done.
