In the dim days when carburettors were built for a car installation, you got one with two fuel connectors on it, one with one fuel connector and the throttle lever on the other end, the fuel feed went first to one carb, then across to the other side. So the fuel line just came in from the fuel pump to one carb. Minimise bends in hot places with any rubber fuel pipes, regardess of their ethanol proofness. A lot of the 'good' pipes dont really like much above 50 deg C with petrol in them. #
