well just had an email that Dewey is on the boat and on his way .should be here in 2 weeks today .sadly Huey missed the boat literally,he got picked up 2 days later and miss the boat.so is sat at the docks on his own .so hopefully in a couple of weeks i will be in a bus again :
just got all the paper work for Huey today ,and all the spare keys..one owner bus again and all the paper work from day one today in his name .love looking though all this as it the whole life story of the bus .also has the bill of sale ,and now no why he didnt take a penny less .i payed the same for the bus today as he and his wife did in 1979 .not a bad return 32 years on.the extras he had were intermitten wiper $35 ,bumper overiders $65 ply weave mat FT $20 total $ ,,,,,.,, COME ON WHAT DID IT COST IN 79 get it to the penny and you no forget that bit
Huey and Dewey are both at the docks and Dewey is all paid and ready to be picked up .Picked up guy carnt do it till monday .This is gonna be the longest weekend ever.Then hopfully Huey a couple of days later.
I dont want to go to work today now .i just want to start the scrubing up ,i couldnt wait and and had a little go last night .he will polish up lovely .think i might run him up to rickyroo to rub up.
Nice one el, i dunno about me rubbing it up for you, i look at you for insparation, i really would love a bus with perfect original paint, the more i clean mine the worse the scratches and dents show up, fancy a swap? lol.
its not perfect original paint mate ,its had a paint at some time ,but with plenty of ebow work i think it will come really nice.you dont have to look at me for insparation mate im just the same as you .i just got lucky on my champange and just put all the money back buy some buses. i should of paid of a credit card but you only live once.
