How much do you pay for camping gaz 907 refills ?.

  1. I have one of these and did a bit of research. You can buy a hose and fill the 907 cannister from a large bottle. It involves weighing the empty one, inverting the large bottle and adding 6kg to the 907. This is the same method I have used for car a/c machines so I will give it a go. Initial outlay is £20 ish for the hose and I already have a large bottle for the gas BBQ.
Don't try this and blame me if you burn your house down or set fire to yourself

as said above my term 'freezes' is misleading, butane (blue bottles - so 907) stops vaporising in cold weather, propane (red bottles) doesn't as for being easier to find? i've always seen calor in cages at petrol stations etc a lot more than campingaz, campingaz does seem available in camping/corner shops though and i belive abroad?

  3. Campingaz is certainly available eveRywhere is Europe, as they do so much camping, and mostly in the warmer weather, sensible people?

£25 from SK Camping. They were a bit long winded in sorting out a problem I had with the replacement. It seemed it was over filled :) but didn't help for 2 trips as l couldn't get it to work and I'm no had bottle expert.
