How do I remove the Engine bay insulation?!

Any ideas how I remove the insulation from the top of the engine bay?

Mine is the metal type with holes in. It looks like it is held on with large rivets?

Do i just need to pull it off? ???

 

you want to drill the heads off the rivets

be pleased you have metal ones. the retainers for the insulation on mine where made of hardboard and were in a right old state. I had to make some new ones from mdf when they went back in
