We are both good - my arm is better today, think it was probably just the bad jolt that affected it for a while. I had to go go-karting last night, realised after a couple of very shaky and bumpy laps that it probably wasn't the best idea in the world : so took myself off to the pit lane instead.

Will take Martha for some repair quotes tomorrow and see where we go from there.
