Did you read the article? - The EU aren't doing anything. Federation Internationale Vehicules Anciens (FIVA)has are lobbying for a change in the regulations. Completely different and very little liklihood of it happening with the current historic car exemptions in place in so many countries within Europe.
Another case of a crap headline that bears no relation to the facts
