Help with mobile phone issue

That's very odd.

Clearly a Tesco problem.
Hopefully they sort it.

 

only joking malc , its just they turn into teenagers n they block their parents out soo ....

 

Can you text him?
Do you have an old unlocked or o2 (Tesco uses the o2 carrier) phone, put his sim card in the old phone and try again, put his sim in your phone and try that way.
If you can phone his sim in another phone its the phone or settings.
If you cant phone his sim in another phone its the SIM or Network.
I would suspect its a network setting as the fault has transferred across with a new SIM and phone.
I think someone else has said phone Tesco Mobile support, I have always found them to be really good. I have been on Tesco for years.

He sounds like a very clever chap, he has blocked you but does not want to hurt your feelings and tell you he is fed up with your stories. He is not on his way to Tesco, he is probably sat in a pub having a pint, and a jolly good laugh at your expense lol

From the way I have read it he can make calls OK but can't receive calls, for instance when @poptop2 calls him it doesn't work? Tesco to Tesco is fine bit everything else doesn't work?
