Help me choose a camera phone. What do you have?

I use an iPhone 4s and think it is brilliant, however a camera (or even a phone) is only as good as it's lense. Sony phones used to use a Carl Zeiss lense and it took a brilliant photo and I think the new Nokia lumia or whatever it's called now uses Carl Zeiss optics.
