afternoon all can any one reccomend some thread for stitching the headliner as we will be making our own (already got the material). I'm guessing normal cotton wont be any good as its likely to deteriorate in the van with condensation/moisture etc I've had a look on wollies and cant see anything listed.......would a chandlers be a good place to go for thread?

If you are worried about condensation attacking it you could always use sail cloth thread that is used for sewing up boat sails. I use that on hovercraft skirts and its never perished. Although, I'm sure the stuff Paul suggested is more than adequate Nick
