I've been close before. Always keep strong black sacks in the bus.

  2. Wrong
Never poo in the same place you sleep

  3. I'm with the polly bag opinion why you think so many truck drivers park up in lay byes? quickly learn ,a roll of bog paper is essential and a plastic bag is your best mate(as long as not slung over a wall/hedge once dtd)

  4. Ive seen the bin bag over a cool box approach before at a festival
I thought it was a good adaptation till the fella
Pulled the bag from the box swung it round his head and let it fly accross the campsite

If i had a live in truck/horsebox conversion then i would go for a seperating composting toilet

  5. Now I know why so many vans pull into the road out back and seem to disapear. Nice

  9. It's surprising how heavey it can become when your desperate.

    You lot are rank.
Crapping in your van is wrong.
    End.

  11. It's only in an emergency

  12. And both times were winter.

  13. I do have a lidded bucket with a bottle of disinfectant in the back of the van for emergencys - never had to adopt the stance though

No pooing in the van. Rank.

  16. Make sure the carrier bag doesn't have those little holes in the bottom.

Better still have one in someone elses campervan ;-)

  17. i always laugh when i see someone erect a toilet tent , that means its gona get poo d in its bad enuff when your in a cubical but in a tent with just a zip between you n the world na , especially not when camping with some of this lot around , as for the bus i never have but i cant say i never will , i have emergency bucket coz normally when i wana go i have to make split decisions:oops:

  18. Whats wrong with you lot. Need a pooh then have one. If youve been caught out before and want to plan a head then anything from a bag to a proper sit down and read the paper portaloo is fine. Rather that than the Bobby Sands approach. Tell you what - when its late at night or your miles from a bog with gut wrenching cramps its nice to do it in comfort. As for Pooh-bag tossing then - a tad antisocial. Ive done plenty of crapping in a hole in my time but no more!

  19. Got a port-potty under my buddy seat in the back of the van. Absolute godsend when wild camping! A can of oust air-freshner and no-one is none the wiser!

If I didn't have the potty, I'd have no qualms about bagging and tagging one

I saw a bloke taking a dump by the side of his car on the hard shoulder of the M1 last week.
