I still don't have a great sense of taste from September/October.

  2. Flared trousers? Paisley shirts with big collars?

Sadly, there doesn't appear to be a cure :(

In the November or December of 2019, Heather and me made some home brew wine for the first time. Come May 2020 and we're both a bit more over COvid - we had it bad in early March 2020., we decided to start on the wine. It tasted great, well great until we were given a bottle of wine by someone. That tasted really great, then the next day we had some more home brew :don’t approve: We realised that it wasn't that great and that our sense of taste had been affected.

The home brew became cooking wine. Not tried to make any more home brew yet.

  9. I think I have been quite lucky. I Tested positive once in 2021. I only tested then because my younger daughter came home and tested while she was here, and she was positive. I didn't have any symptoms really, maybe a little more tired than normal but tbh I was looking for symptoms. Have had all my jabs and boosters. My wife had it for the second time a couple of months back, she was fine and we carried on as normal at home, though she didn't go to work at her office. I tested negative during that time.

I think a lot of how a person shows or has symptoms depends on your auto immune system and how your body reacts to viruses - underlying conditions can certainly mean you have more suffering.

I’ve never tested positive even when others around me have.
