Right guys managed to get some tent material and aluminum endgin just gonna load up post some pics see what u think
heres my 1st attempt at it i do have enough matterial to have another go ad all materials was little under £65 which is a bit less than the £330 i was quoted heres how i got on ,(nan in law done the sewing and the wife halped me get it into position)
the clips was what help the old 1 in place i kept them and the edging is just your standard push on stuff again kept it of old 1 i think it looks ok ill give it a go see if its ok what u guys think

Type in tent material on eBay there is loads of colours and it's £35 10 meteres long x 62 inches so there is loads about 15 colours allso all in the dad picture this is stone !! There from west brom so I collected as just up the road

Basically it's just tent material if u type in flee bay tent material 5th one down £35 choose ur colour it's light as it's same as a tent , seems ok it's just like a tent really isn't it lol but iv got more than enough for 1 and mines a very large 1 being holds worth
Seems to be ok but in not the best in windy conditions has to be tight bit brill for the money pal waterproof so far just get some seal tape over where u stitch but I still not done this and not come in yet !!

I had a new one made by proud to pop they copied the OG pattern also made a upgrade asking for a window with a fly screen.
I wouldn't pay there prices matey this cost me less than £90 And got enough material to make anothe one !!
Maybe so however the OG material lasted 43 years and wanted to keep it OG my bus my rules. yes agreed expensive! but worth in in my opinion. save money by fitting it myself.
1973daisey your right I'm wrong, i didn't make mine but i like it and it works i like what you have done and agree. question we have met and spoken before at tecenders and last time was at dub freeze you got your tyres white walled any contacts please fella and how much. ps you where right about the atlas white walls.
