Has your van got a name?

There has been discussion, many times but not nearly as often as " Which oil should I use? "

 

Probably a more sensible question to be fair!
But just want to know where would be a good place on the van to paint it ,ideas?

At the moment, I'm calling it 'money pit' whilst I try to get it through compliance to be registered in NZ.

If I don't run out of money and I get it registered I will call it Smurf as it's white on sky blue and my grandson loves the smurfs.

It was kin ***stard but my 4 year old came out with Jumba so its kind of stuck, christ knows where he got that name from !!! Kids

I have "Betu" (Beetle #2) in small black lettering on the beetle, on the sill next to the rear wheel arch. Only about 2" high.
The van has a name, but it's "Ratty" (found a dead rat in it). There's really no need to physically write the word Ratty on my van. It's pretty obvious.

 

Desmond, cause's from Cape Town and he's Desmond type tu tu. I have a script to put on the tailgate opposite the "Volkswagen" when he's done.

 

As it's a German van I thought I would name it after a famous German, I like football so I thought an international footballer would be a good choice, I looked through all the names and the one that I thought suited it the best was Kuntz,
Stefan Kuntz was a very underrated player,he is now the German u21 manager

 

So when you drive down the road, people will say, there goes that Kuntz

 

No the vans name is STEFAN,

 

I like planes so I named mine after a German one as you can see its a Fokker
