The cooker is removable so I dont have to cook in the van you can just make out the back of the cabinet in the awning. Ill take a better pic of it in a week or so.

Creative Engineering do them as well for £350.00, again £150 cheaper than VWH!

  15. Imagine driving to Spain or South of France for a holiday (as I intend to do) and it's hot, hot, hot. Imagine trying to sleep at night in a hot bus. That rear window would be such a welcome relief. And look damn nice too. Ohhh yes, I must have one!

I promised myself that I wouldn't spend any more on the bus. That was before I decided on the Subaru conversion. Then last week I bought some nice Spax springs. And now I know I'll end up shelling out for the Safari window too. It's just endless. I'm so easily tempted. My wife would kill me if she found out. She doesn't know about the 160bhp Scooby conversion yet. I've just told her that I've had a little tweaking done to the gearbox to make it go faster. So another £350 on a window won't hurt will it.

^ yes its set me off too!! had a lazy day yesterday & surfing round lead me to drop spindles, coilover dampers, brake conversions & either a scooby lump or a t4 motor for Gusbus...the powers that be said no to an S3 audi but the van was "you do what you like with" answer...so I bought the Keith Seume book on aircooled engines & booked some time off work to do some bodywork..

Now the creative window set up...it sure wont hurt the old wallett I'm sure!!

  17. have to agree with the above the rear window looks mint,...i want one now 8)
