Grill n Chill - The Hop Farm, Kent - 21-23 Sept 2012

Can I squeeze into this one. Am going to brands hatch and have got ticket for grill n chill. Going to take my little boy for his first camping trip. Would be great to put some faces to the names here so I am in.

 

Ive got my wrist band through the post but there was nothing about club camping. Do we just mention this on the gate?

 

I do believe we do. I had nothing either and l am sure I mentioned it.

 

Hi everyone, i saw anton one of the organisers at kent vw fest and hes asked me to just confirm numbers of vans /camping units if just tent, in our club camp, more the merrier, so, hes said i just need to email him buy end of the monthish to confirm numbers , thats all he said he wants ,as long as you have tickets and you let me know you want to camp with tlb their wont be a prob, i will check when i email if their are any other tings we need to know, i think it opens from 4pm on frid afternoon and not before ?? but again ill get this confirmed, all rules etc are on website .Dont worry ill post it all up at least a week before the event Barney or blarney as davedub calls me ;D 8)

 

Whos actually going for sure, think I might, just had a great week at the first Dub vacation event even if it was a bit quiet.

 

Just bought our tickets, can we camp with you guys and be in tlb lineup, loved doing Volksworld with you all.

 

We were thinking of popping along for one of the days due to work commitments, is there a day price ticket?

 

There isn't overnight stopping at Brands Hatch is there? So is everyone going for the day and then heading to Grill N Chill to camp Friday evening?

Just to let everyone know , ive been in contact with grill n chill guys re our site pitch and about the show lineup and other stuff, they will be emailing me details shortly.Also anton is on the look out for a late bay and has said we may be getting a new member soon.Barney

Im just about to give in final club pitch numbers for this one so if you want to pitch with the club make sure you get your tickets booked and shout up. Advance ticket bookings officially closes 31st aug and we must be confirmed by then ,tickets will still be available at the gate but are more expensive and club pitch will be full ??,Cheers everyone, should be good , just make sure you have seen the rules etc on grill n chill website, theirs nothing major 5mph speed limit on site no monkey bikes or alike or driving on site once set up,for safety of children obviously and maybe some woobly members No fires(BBQ,s OK but off ground) or fireworks or lanterns as their are farms around.Anyway they are their on their website quite normal i think. Will confirm anything they tell me asap ,Hopefully sometime this week . Looking forward to a great weekend and seeing everyone.Cheers Barney

When it says no fires does that include a fire pit which would also be off the ground (i.e. washing machine drum)?
