Goose

Very very fatty bird I believe.

 

Mine are well fed @Top Banana Racing keeps feeding them grass seed!

 

Indeed they are but the fat makes great roast spuds and parsnips mmmmmmmmmmmmm

 

Badger is horrible. You'd eat it if you were desperate but not by choice.

 

Odd. I've always found Waitrose blaireau au vin most agreeable.

 

Badger is quite nice. Tastes a bit like chicken apparently. Or you could try chicken, which also tastes a bit like chicken.

 

We had a goose once. 0/10.
