Fitting hub caps

But there defantly bay hub caps there so tight i cant get them the last bit

 

Heal of hand push and wak towards bit not on ! Ie on rim where it won’t dent .

 

What I don’t understand is the amazing restorations you’ve done n your having trouble with a hub cap

 

I know i just can't get a hub cap on im giving up and selling the bus

 

Hubcap fitting lessons at techenders?

 

I always give them a a hard slap with the palm of my hand.

Tried that nope just won't go on

 

I suppose you could try a touch of grease on the 'knobbly bits', then rotate the caps a few degrees if you can, to get them out of the grease.

Going to try a rubber mallet first as i suffer with my hands now a days cant hit it as hard as i like

Don't start im bad enough now with wanting a beetle and not finished the bus but i miss welding
