bought some of this for my best man when in the us. had to sign a disclaimer to buy it. its ridiculous stuff. its blairs 3am reserve which is ghost chilli extract. 6-7 million scovel units. his hottest extract is 16 million scovels and is the world record holder, sells for thousands of dollars a bottle!

 

also got me some of this, only need a tiny drop to make a chilli hot as hell!


i've got hundreds of different hot sauces that i collect on my travels, love the stuff!

Today I made a stir fry, I used 1/4 of this:-

4 Narga chilies
10 Bird eye chilies
6 Green chilies
& 6 Red chilies
I video'd me making it but it didn't come out
I'll do another next week.
OMG was it hot but I done in 2 bowls.

 

I reckon you'll be doing at least one Bowell as well as the two bowls.
