Grrrr, the RTL feed (satellite) is way behind the Sky feed (internet) so my plan of watching the tv and leaving the sound up on the lappy to hear Brundle commentate is not working, it's a lot slower on satellite feed to five live too (radio), so i imagine RTL has a slight delay to cut out swearing or summat? i've never known such a delay on "live" shows for any other reason.
so i decided to just watch the lappy and have the telly on in the background - it's like having instant replay RTL has adverts during the race as well - like the bad old days of ITV having the F1...... think i'll get a lead to link the lappy to the telly for next week and then i'm sorted, this week was always going to be a trial.
Looks like Merc have a weakness in their gearbox, that put Schumacher out & osberg stuck in 2nd gear for the last lap. Power steering failures on both Caterhams.
Next weekend i'll miss quali as i'm up at 4.30 and off on a train trip.....back at about 11pm and straight to bed to be up at 7am for the race on sunday......i'm gonna be tired fo'sho'
Great race, was a bit worried after 15 laps the McLaren were going to run away with it but that soon changed, great result for JB, LH didn't look very happy, shame Williams looked strong, and Lotus, should be a good season
Good race! Well done JB I've just finished the BBC coverage and the missing laps we're very few and far between... Media blackout meant I got on with stuff this morning and was productive (even with a hangover)!!
Got up just in time for race, which was ace. Much better, great result for JB, red bulls as said look quick at race pace. Shame about Grosjean. Malaysia should be interesting next week, at least its a bit later.
