would be good but mrs roo isn't keen on moving about, likes to set up and stay, we do fancy devon way though.

 

I'm not sure I will like it... I'm hoping half way some campsite will take pity and allow us a shower... Failing that it will be find a leisure centre and pretend to go swimming just to use the facilities

we've said we would do an overnight wild camp just for one night, it's a bit hard with the 2 dogs 'cos we really need the awning or a guarantee of dry weather, we love the lab to bits but it will be a lot easier when she (gulp) goes.

Haha! Not sure yet. May set off tomorrow depending on weather and how I feel. I have enough food but alcohol stocks are low. My lovely neighbour is feeding the mog and said I can stay as long as I like!

The splitties said I could park with them but I'm quite liking the solitude... But if I get scared in the night I'll be diving into the back of that splitty pick-up

Nothing but house stuff and mog to go back for and quite liking the personal milestone of camping on my own. Just wish I had a battery charger, books and more alcohol. Should've planned better x

Exactly. Wet wipes, dry shampoo and a good deodorant are all that's required.
Or a good old fashioned spit wash.

Hahaha! A face, pits and bits wash can be done easily with just one cup of water if no wet wipes (which are rubbish for the environment). Bicarbonate of soda or dry shampoo (which I've forgotten this weekend) and a toothbrush. Anything else is excessive and will just strip your skin of natural protective oils.
.... Well that my excuse anyway!

I can't, there's a scary owl outside my camper waiting to murder me in my sleep.
Of course I don't have bicarbonate with me this weekend but it's perfect for brushing teeth, natural deodorant and as a dry shampoo. Apparently it can also be used in baking but I wouldn't know about such domestic goddessery!
