our cats kill rats....

 

surely the rats dont dig as bigger holes as your neighbour

 

Cats natural instinct is to kill birds and rodents. Man kills more for fun.

 

Well if the breeders had a licence and owners then revenue could go to the RSPCA to police and take action against the bad boys.

 

I would rather live next to a motorway than have the Gratham pikeys as neighbours...

 

what happened to dog licenses anyway and why cant cat owners clear up their cats poo too, equal rights n all that

 

Cat poo I assume doesn't infect people like dog poo but yes its not nice finding it on your lawn, peddles or veg plot.

 

We don`t pick up dog mess in the countryside in France , just the big cities...If they poo in the garden we just chuck it over the fence...

But the RSPCA is not a government agency it's a charity would they really be able to take on such a responsibility as a quasi government agency ... or just prefer to continue what they do now?

Far call I was only guessing.

 

Just an idea as if it did become a police responsibility they would only farm it out to some money grabbing private company.

 

the rspca have no powers what so ever but use money given for animal health issues on taking peeps to court for sometimes very little. they would prefer that no-one is allowed to keep any animals as pets. we all know animals get miss treated and is up to us all to help them if we can.

 

All pets wether cats or dogs should have a licence ,All cats should be kept in as well and under control ,whats the difference .Cats are not a natural predator of this country and no matter that they are fed they will kill a full nest of birds or anything they can catch.A cat running across the road can cause an accident like any small dog can .
Humans are responsible for the destruction of a large part of wild habitats for animals in this country and its not helped by possibly several million cats prowling around killing as well .
It would help if the cat owner fitted a collar that makes a bleep every few seconds,this absolutely does no harm to the cat but saves a huge number of wild animal death.I know this because my brother has these fitted to his 2 cats and since then they virtually never bring anything in .Perhaps if these were law then my kids pets would not have been killed by the cat that got into their run ,killing our rabbit and guine pig .The other 3 rabbits got into the hutch.Saw the cat too late ,damage done.
If my dogs went over to somebodys lawn and curled one out on it they would be a little upset ,so for that reason and equal rights to dogs and cats if i caught one of either doing a turd i would boot them both up the arse.

 

Why not just kill all cats, dogs and humans. Sorted !
