Running out of room now -I have a small list of planes I would like parts from to complete the collection. Need beaufighter, Stirling, Typhoon and Liberator then I have to call it quits
Right, that's me done - firstly I've run out of room and secondly I don't think I can beat this - right in the front of the photo Its the aerial of a spitfire signed by Douglas Bader and I hadn't yet spent my xmas pressie money on the roof rack that was next on the VW list, sooooooooo.......... It was signed in he 1950s and for 40 odd years belonged to a Lord Higgins until he died and his son donated it to a local aircraft club in Oxfordshire and the it ended up at a antique dealers.
