Do you know anybody that's been pulled up by the police for travelling out of their area

  1. I believe that it’s true and also they already have a few million of doses ready to go. Another positive is that apparently you get some protection from the first dose and instead of needing the second dose two weeks later, it’s still effective if it’s given up to 12 weeks later, giving more doses available for first doses.

  2. It's not fake news. They produced quite a few million doses 'at risk' before December, i.e. if it wasn't approved they'd be wasted.
Apparently there's another peer review going on where the efficacy is the same as the Pfizer and Moderna jabs.
Pascal Soirot, the AstraZeneca MD, mentioned it at the weekend.

I don’t know if he has a medical condition, apart from being too tall, but if we’re talking about the same bloke you can like him if you want to - I don’t. :)

Thats because the GPS unit is injected with the first dose. They don’t actually need the 2nd...

Off Wikipedia, whether true or not I couldn’t say, but amusing none the less:

“Shaw's wife, Hayley, sold his Lotus Esprit, worth £25,000, for 50p on eBay after he told Jodie Marsh live on air that he would leave his wife and two children for her. Hayley placed the lot on the auction site at the 'buy it now' price of 50p with the description 'I need to get rid of this car in the next two to three hours before my husband gets home to find it gone and all his belongings in the street.' The car sold within five minutes.”

Thanks for heads up as I’m going to be injected with my first dose of nano Bill Gates’s this afternoon so it’s good to know what the nano Bills are up against

If it was his car, his wife committed a crime by selling something she didn't own. That might not end well for both seller and purchaser.

  10. I’m not sure he said he would leave his wife, I think he said he would like just one night with Jodie Marsh, although god only knows why.

  12. That's interesting as our GP's can't get any at all. What part of the country do you live in?

Could be true, I wouldn’t know, having said that I thought that marriage usually means all of one’s assets are pooled with one’s spouse’s. At least that was the situation when I got divorced!
As for car ‘ownership’ -the registered keeper is not necessary the legal owner, but I can imagine that she couldn’t technically sign ‘keeper-ship’ of it over... but I don’t know. After all a finance company can repossess a car they own but don’t keep whatever the reg keeper is.
We don’t know any facts, but I’d assume it to be a matrimonial disagreement which is a civil matter rather than a criminal one.
The signing over of the registered keeper document may be another matter, but the tact that the address and surname is the same as the person bearing the V5 might cloud it somewhat.

In any case, it’s a funny story whether true or not.

  14. My wife went to work to get her first vaccine injection ... one advantage of working in a hospital for the NHS.
