Do you get a bonus !!

I get one if I hit my targets but it equates to 1%-2% before tax so actually its not a great loss if it isn't forthcoming.

 

we get one at chistmas if my boss is getting laid its been as much as a grand and down to £100

 

I only get one if I've been good to my girlfriend

 

l get to breath air at work. Where l come from that's a bonus

 

I get an enormous pay out from the European Union for not farming 1/3 of my estate every year. Its called set aside and although I don't plant anything I do rent it out for Polo matches and Gymkhanas thus adding to my substantial portfolio

In my day job our pay and bonus are tied in with AstraZeneca's performance which last year was abysmal so you can excel and not get rewarded because someone else in the organisation got their projections wrong. This time round it looks like another 3000 jobs are going to have to go, we have a big unplanned company meeting on Thursday morning this week so fingers crossed.

 

I got an extra £10 on my winter fuel allowance last year
