We went in August and it was so windy the first night that I had to sleep on my own in the awning just to add ballast to it.

I think Universal has some of the better rides. I've never been to Blackpool.......too far for me

  7. Don't forget the original one in Anaheim. If you get bored with it...well, you're in California  Go surfing instead.

Go again and try Transformers ride...best bar none. I'm not a Harry Potter fan, but that was a close second.

I'm going back, but I'm not doing them parks again. I might do Gatorland.

  13. Would do the more extreme theme parks like Tampa bay etc

  14. If you don't buy your tickets in uk, you can save a fortune on tickets by asking for a family pass (if taking kids) at the entrance booths. As long as you have your passports and related. you get them for €51 instead of €80ish..saves you a few euros when u have a big family. More money to spend on dodgy hotdogs....dlp is great fun and only 3 hrs from Calais. Enjoy

  15. If you can find any young blokes from Syria, they may show you where they've cut a hole in the fence, which would certainly save a few euros!
