Disneyland Paris

  1. As a forum of cool individuals, I thought I'd ask this question here.

We're looking to go to Disneyland Paris in the Spring.

We originally looked at a 4 Day Pass, which is around £140.

I have since seen that they do an Annual Pass for €179.

Surely there's a catch! The annual pass works out cheaper than the four day pass! I know there are restrictions on when the annual pass can be used, but the dates that we want are ok.

Anyone been before and offer some advice?

  2. Seems about right, I got a merlin pass for Alton Towers as it was cheaper than paying 3 times plus you could use it all round the country for other attractions, no restrictions either
Plus lent it a few mates as well.
That was on offer for £120, so I would imagine its the correct price, get the season one as its works out £3 cheaper.

  3. Is that price for anyone or is it for locals? I know Disney in Florida offer cheaper annual passes if you live in the same state.
If it is the correct price get it, and as Congi said you could alway lend or rent it to friends

  4. Can you use both parks with the annual pass as there's a walt Disney studio's it says you can go too with the 4 dayer, if your only going once might be the better option?

Sounds like a rent out money spinner to me if it is right. Probably some form of restriction though. Usually ID.

  6. The Merlin one had your name on and a crappy little digital picture but when the park opened and everyone was piling through scanning them at the automatic gates nobody was checking the pictures.

  7. Yep, still use both parks.

  8. It's aimed at the French (hence being priced in Euros) but if you're in the UK you can buy it by ringing them up!

  9. But it's rubbish...:hattip:

  10. Just make sure there's no restrictions on where you live before you buy. My mate lives in Florida and was going to buy us park tickets as price for locals was mega discounted. But they check local tickets wanting ID and utility bills.
We did check the annual prices when we arrived and like the French ones the annual pass was near the same price as usual tickets.

  11. It was in the paper that it was cheaper if you buy in France. Like above, Check residency restrictions and then go for it

  12. Twas 15 years ago i took my son ,i think the whole trip cost that and we did it in two days

  13. He's right

For a cheaper holiday than EuroDisney, slip on some plastic ears and walk around Wolverhampton. It's about as exciting.

We went a couple of years ago. You don't need more than a couple of days to do it all, but we liked it a lot. Florida is better, and you've got Universal, and Busch Gardens and some ace water parks, but for a weekend Disneyland Paris is grand . And you can drive there.....

  20. they hated it as well...:p
