Im in the let it age on its own camp Unless it gets the distressed look by using baby oil Then you should get some large breasted young ladies to oil up and wiggle around inside your bus
Looks really good , would take ages to age like that so id go for aged a bit on the edges just like erm us zed. please tell on foams as im looking at refoaming and need comfort too ???
Im also interested in your foam choice dude Ive just spent half a day emtying out the shed and sorting through assorted bits of foam to find enough bits of the right size to do my bus and the rest ive took to the tip Ive ended up with 2 pieces of the modern blue stuff for the rock n roll bed and for the rear above engine area ive a yellow piece with a thin sliver of blue and wadding over the top
Do it. Solid brown bodywork and solid brown seating don't work together for me. One or other needs some texture adding.
I, like moons, thought you were trying to upholster your laptop until i remembered what you said about ageing the leather the other day! Doh! I think it looks good un-aged personally.
Does that mean that if you don't antique it, it won't antique itself because of the special layer? If that's the case and you want the antique look just do it, but if it will still go naturally in time, leave it to do its own thing
Off topic for only one sec. But where did you get your awning from Zed? Looks like something I might be interested in. But, regards the interior. I think I would leave it to age on its own - unless you are 100% that you can make it look authentic if you do it
Awning's this one. I may well have got it from these people and CamperJam. http://www.campervantastic.com/product.php?prod=495
