Here in Italy they've just started, our 75 year old grandparents haven't heard anything about their date for jabs... A lot are in the same position..

Mines booked for the 17th of this month, seem this area is doing well.

 

Went to the mass vaccination center on Friday....since then been feeling tired and had a funny tummy ... and I only took the wife.

 

Any vomiting?

it made her legs turn to jelly..

 

So, will the latest news on the AZ jab/jag dent public confidence?

But they need to ditch that Prof Lim, he's not a very good communicator, what he just said could kill confidence, in the wrong hands.

I’m a little disappointed with the side effects of the AZ , instead of having serious flatulence why can’t it make your hair grow and burn fat ......

I'm sure the plan is to put people in Europe off the AZ vaccine so the EU will not bother trying to ban its export. More for the UK!

 

I think the UK is pretty much done with AZ for new jabs, there's very few over 50's left and we'll probably find over 40's will be offered alternatives. The question is...will it reduce the numbers of folk who have had AZ #1 who go back for #2?

Edit: Tho, I agree the demand for AZ will drop (has already dropped) within Europe.

I have and I expect that there are other people on this forum who have known someone or knew of someone who has died during this pandemic from Covid, Doubtful whether anyone knew anyone that has died from AZ
