I have recently sent some money to a guy on here for some parts. I was told by him that they were to be picked up on Monday and i should have them Tuesday. They have still not arrived. My issue is that I can't get hold of him ( tried PM and emasil) , and I only want the details of the courier so that I can chase them up. Not a huge amount of money involved but £62 is £62 I cant just throw away. what are peoples experiences of couriers and getting large parts delivered? Am i being as bit naive here? should i be concerned?
have you pm'd him? if he is off here tell us who he is, i'm sure it's all above board matey, i work in warehousing and deal with couriers daily, i would say i've never had stuff take that long, you need to find out who he used, all parcels can be tracked online and a p.o.d obtained incase it was delivered somewhere else by mistake.
Cheers mate, Yes he is off here but i wont name anyone until I ahve given them the time to reply. We all go away on hols and stuff. Just a bit worried as I cant get a reply from email or a PM. I will hang in for a bit. cheers
have you checked last time he was online? find his username in the members list and click on it. you'll know then.
if it's coming via yodel, you might be waiting a while!! I booked them to collect a parcel from me, to send to a customer, and they never came... just said I wasn't in on collection day... was in all day :banghead: ended up booking another courier company and paying a little more on the postage!!
Which courier company is it. Im a interlink driver and everything is 24h. Have worked at dpd, FedEx and parcelforce before and I think it's only parcelforce who do a 48h service now. Should of had it by Wednesday at the very latest

THe guy has chashed the cheque but no contact and no parts. Nightmare. at least it wasnt for something more expensive. Costly lesson learned. wont be doing this again. i suppose there is a faint chance the couriers have it and he has gone away on hols or something but then again.
pm a mod and see if they have an email direct, he would have needed one to register, can't say i've heard of him though....
