big rich has always done the fairest shipping to fit the items i've had off him, as has anna from vwh, one thing i will say, being a warehouse manager and using couriers daily i do get fed up of paying stupid money for shipments, i use interlink at work and most postcodes (bar overseas - including highlands and i-o-w) is £6.31 for me to ship out upto 20kg then 24p per kilo after.

We never said we were anti "Cool Air", in [glow=red,2,300]FACT[/glow] quite the opposite, we cannot fault the service or Big Rich - after all - doesn't he rock, the only thing that has let them down for us is the astronomical delivery charges, which we don't get charged by any other company we have ever used, or considered using, and that the earlier quote saying they had to spend £50 to get free delivery is still a lot cheaper than the £100 we have to spend to get free delivery! : thus resulting in us having to go elsewhere at times as you cannot justify the postage costs.

;D no fraid not, were not trading at any shows this year and looks like we made the right move judging by the pics on the net of various shows and festys, i am going to bugjam this weekend and will be performing the opposite of a rain dance shortly!
