Can i just say as we only seam to say when things go wrong. Cool air is a great company fast delivery and stock is good Nice people well most of them > better than so many other company that just want to rip you off and no care to us after you got your items Shows the rest of them up good work keep it up and they look after us late bay guys and girls
Bigrich is Cool Air isn't he, i believe, very helpful I must say. My favourite online shop is still VWH though, because to me I find their site really easy to navigate and find what i'm after.
Just bought some under dash bamboo shelves for the camper from cool-air. Was a really easy site to use, impressed will use again
never had prob with vw heritage, i have however had issues with many another so called "good air cooled supplier"!!
I only order from coolair and one other supplier. Can't trust the rest. Big Rich if your reading I'm a bit miffed that you only get free delivery on orders over 50 squid now, did it not used to less than that?
That the sign of the times Rusty, there's a recession going on But lets face it, £50's worth of parts is easy to need.. If my list came to £40, and postage is £9:95 I'd just pick another item that cost a tenner.. Simples )

I ring them for all my parts ,very helpful and great parts if only they fitted them for me as well it would be perfect lol
I think that for most people money tight so most people want the best deal for there £ whoever they use , I like to buy everything in one go to save on postage so usually shop around but i have to say quality is a major factor .
