Clock wires

  1. Was that a joke been a long week and we'll into first bottle of wine....
     
  2. Both VDO and Kienzle made clocks for the busses.
     
  3. Mine says VDO and then kienzle underneath it.?
     
  4. Does it go "tick tock"?
     
  5. Never has, been bust since I got it

  8. Top tip for Kienzle owners: if you peel off the tape strip on the back, you'll reveal a +/- adjuster, which you can use to make it slightly less inaccurate :thumbsup:

  13. Mine's busted like Beatnick's but the glass is broken as well.

    I don't suppose you could fix it could you?
     
  14. The thing that normally packs up in the tick-tock type (which are actually real clocks) is the solenoid that winds them up from time to time. May be fixable.

  18. yes it does are they all like that
     
  19. No, later ones are quartz jobs with a stepper motor in, like your alarm clock.
