I had a litre of fluid and used about 3/4 to do the job. I used the draper one man bleed kit, a lot of money for a tube and container but was so easy. I used some penetrating oil sprayed on the nipples (ouch) let soak for a day and they were fine undoing with a 7 mm spanner. Make sure you have the dust caps, if the nipples are suspect I would replace them. All in all easy job!
