Camping open 12th April

Still don’t think I will be rushing out

 

A lot of people probably will. I’ll probably hang fire for a while too.

 

We've a site booked that was postponed from last year.
I'll bet that the site & more importantly the bogs will be absolutely rammed & most unpleasant.
What's a chap to do?
I'm toying with the idea of taking my fluorescent coat, my bio-disinfect fogger and a couple of 'toilets closed for cleaning' signs.
Fog 'em out, take a dump & fog 'em out again. No-one would be any the wiser.

 

Fact or fake news....though Boris wasn't telling us until tonight?

So Easter has been cancelled...next away around May Day....so that gives a couple of weeks for any hiccups.

 

No earlier than the 12 April, be interested to see what happens when things start going back from the 8th March and the impact that has on the various rates.

Better start booking our holidays then

 

I feel sorry for those who can only go in school holidays particularly if you’re planning on Cornwall
I would guess many will take the kids out of school as it might be the only chance of getting in somewhere.

Is this just 'self contained' camping though?

EG you need your own toilet facilities

 

Looks likely - self-catering says provided facilities aren’t shared with other families.

 

So camping isn't really open from 12th April.

Unless you have a motorhome or toilet tent!
