handling has been pants for a long time decided to sort it Found the camber on the front was 0.5 to 1 deg neg
Have tried to set it to 0.6 pos but on one side i can only get it to 0 then the adjustment runs out any ideas

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier

Either something is bent or possibly the lower arm isn't far enough into the beam/grub screw needs tightening. See if they look to be protruding from the beam the same distance.

  10. Never been sure how these are supposed to work as surely the van needs to be on its wheels so how do you get this to sit on the disc?

The weight has to be on and the van level so I took the wheel off and put the jack under the hub and jacked up until the beam was level as this also gave me better room to get to the nut.
I also put the wheel under the chassis rails in case it all come crashing down

You could make a straight bar with bolts the same length at each end that then fits on the wheel

  12. No, the weight doesn't need to be on the front as the trailing arms move in an arc parallel to the chassis...

It's not like coil springs and wishbones where the wheels move in an arc 90° to the chassis!!
