WHAT?? Custard Cream only Number 4???? A travesty. We Was Robbed!!!!! The best biscuit in the whole world. Bar none. Oh well apart from a long since disappeared Lincoln Biscuit, but I still can't talk about them too much, the loss is painful. I hear rumour of their availability in Ireland, but I fear it may just be practical joking friends getting my hopes up only to dash them mercilessly with a vicious cruelty not usually associated with biscuits..... oh sorry, disappeared into my own little world there..... Lincoln Biscuits will do that to me..... *sigh* Still. Custard Creams. Damn fine biscuit. Should be higher than Number 4. Robbed!

There's an Irish sandwich biscuit I love and not had in yonks. Kind of gingery and a little squidgy. A girlfriend used to bring me them back when she visited family over there. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
when I was a kid we used to get Romary's famous wafer biscuits from the factory in town. http://bakingforbritain.blogspot.co.uk/2007/06/tunbridge-wells-wafers-or-romary.html
I think they would be good for dunking they taste so stale it will take a lot to get them dehydrated Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
