I don't know why they don't just leave them in the road to sort themselves out. Temporary traffic lights could help the flow of traffic and a web cam of the scene would provide amusement for viewers who'd like to watch them squirming when they're desperate for a dump.
Similar happened at the Grand National this year. A couple of protesters firmly attached themselves to part of the wooden structure of one of the jumps, they had clearly forgotten how easy it is to saw wood....
I read that some protesters glued themselves to the floor in a Porsche museum So the staff turned off the lights and went home leaving the protesters in the dark stuck to the floor for the night
I believe if they do soil themselves, Bodens send round a rather lovely selection of fresh clothing. Super!
