    * I don't like RWD UK 70s/80's Fords, IME they feel like the rear end is shimmying around. :)

    The reason I haven’t done it is the fact it is going up while still in a state. I then have to find somewhere to keep it when done - that lockup won’t be good enough.

    as for your second point - only in the wet and when you give it some beans*

    That was my thought - if you put it together you'd then have to sell it or worry about it.
