    Took the Herbert @Lasty to see my other bit on the side. I haven’t even opened the garage door for 5 or 6 (or more) years.
    Really got a buzz out of it though.

    At first glance it looks absolutely trolleyed with more dust and cobwebs than an Indiana Jones filum but get beyond the grime and the thing is all there and bloody solid , even down a set of genuine mk1 alloys
    Can't believe it's been locked away for 25+ years for what started out as a minor jazzing up and mores the point the oaf-ish owner hasn't even opened the garage for at least 6 years ..... jeez !
    I get the impression a rescue plan is in place but it won't be rushed....

    Yes - bought it in ‘89 or ‘90 and drove it like I stole it!!
