Best alcohol free beer recommendations

Hi all.

After my eye surgery I am now off the Alcohol. So with this in mind. What are the best alcohol free beers.
Tried so far. Becks blu. Not nice, Heineken Free. definitely not. I am thinking IPAs or craft beer types.

 

Brewdog Nanny State worked for me when I was avoiding the devils urine.

I've found one called Bavaria, sells in Tesco - 8 x 330ml cans for £5. For that price it should be grim, but it is very nice.
Sam Smiths also do zero brown ale that is also very drinkable.

Pointless drink water.

 

The zero Guinness is excellent as is Leffe, I don’t mind the Heineken 0.0 either.
The water argument doesn’t work for me, I like different tastes but normal soft drinks are just too sweet and gassy particularly with food.
Not found an alcohol free wine that’s palatable though.
Of course I prefer 5 pints of Landlord and a Duvel on a Thursday night in the pub after mountain biking but try to mostly not have alcohol through the week

 

I don't mind the Doom Bar Free, and another vote for Nanny State.

You'll just have to try loads until you find what you like.

Its all down to personal taste.

When i had to give up booze i got into heiniken 0%, moretti zero for lagers. The alcohol free brew dogs & nanny states were too flavoursum for me. Leffe blonde 0% became a favourite.

When out with drinking friends i feel more of a part of it, if i have an alcohol free beer than if i have a water.

That said ive been on the water for the last 5 months as beer seems to bung my nose up!

Hope you find something that works for you. Things have certainly improved since the days of kaliber!
